DIVES Med. Art. Grade Premium  are Korean threads for skin redermalization and thickening. Made of polydioxanone with an appropriate quality profile and safety confirmed by CE and KFDA medical certificate. DIVES Med. Art. Grade Bi-directional 8D COG Extreme Lift Threads are medical threads for a very strong skin lift. Threads with a system of microscopic hooks facing bidirectionally and arranged in an 8-dimensional projection around the threads. Placed in a comfortable W-type scapular cannula, reducing tissue damage and the risk of bruising. They provide the expected and lasting effect of strong skin tension.

How do PDO threads work?

Polydioxanone (PDO) is a synthetic fiber that completely dissolves in the tissue after some time. It has been used in the production of skin and subcutaneous sutures, which is why it has been used in medicine for many years. The idea of using PDO thread in aesthetic treatments was born in Korea and quickly gained popularity all over the world. The procedure involves inserting PDO threads under the skin (in selected areas) using a very thin needle. After insertion, the needle is removed and a dressing is applied to the skin. The treatment used creates a kind of scaffold, around which the body begins the process of neocollagenesis (production of new collagen fibers), stimulation of fibroblasts to increased elastin synthesis and synthesis of endogenous hyaluronic acid. After the treatment, the skin becomes more elastic, taut and elastic.
