LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS

"CashBack Filler"

1. Filler Pharma Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code 00-029), Nowy Świat 33/13 as the organizer of the program, introduces a Loyalty Program called "Filler CashBack" whose aim is to actively support sales. The program is addressed to Registered Users of the fillerpharma.com online store.
2. Participation in the "Filler CashBack" Loyalty Program is free of charge.
3. Each member of the "CashBack Filler" loyalty program must be a Registered User and have an active account in the online shop fillerpharma.com
4. Rules of the "Filler CashBack" loyalty program:

1. Fillers (i.e. virtual points) are awarded for each completed order. The value of ordered products does not include shipping costs.
2. Fillers are charged at the time of packing and sending the order to the customer.
3. Fillers are also charged for subscribing to the Newsletter – 1000 Fillers,
4. For each zloty spent, the Participant receives 1 Filler (PLN 1 = 1 Filler)
5. Acquired fillers can be exchanged for discounts during the execution of the order, when the value of products in the order is min. PLN 500 gross. The value of ordered products does not include shipping costs.
6. When calculating the discount, a multiplier applies – 15 PLN for every 1000 accumulated Gillers,
7. Fillers are calculated from 1/05/2023 and are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of the last purchase, after which they expire.
8. If the Participant resigns from the products in a given order or from the entire order for which Fillers have been granted (e.g. as a result of withdrawal from the contract, its termination or evasion of the legal effects of the declaration of intent), the Fillers will be automatically canceled - in an amount adequate to the resignation.

1. The number of Kilers you have earned can be checked on a regular basis:

1. after logging in to your account in the fillerpharma.com store, in the my account/earned Fillers panel

Definitions:

• Loyalty Program "Filler CashBack" is a program addressed to all registered users of the online store fillerpharma.com.
• Registered user – is a Customer with an active account in the fillerpharma.com online store,
• Loyalty program participant – is a registered user who participates in the loyalty program "Filler CashBack",
• Fillers – virtual points for which a registered user can get a discount on subsequent purchases – or receive prizes covered by the program,
• Discount – is the amount reducing the value of the order placed by the amount calculated in accordance with the applicable conversion rate, specified in the rules of these regulations,
• Prizes – these are products offered by participating fillerpharma.com, which can be obtained for the Fillers collected on the Participant's account.
