www.fillerpharma.com online shop will analyse each Client’s complaint and will further inform the Client about the method of the complaint settlement within 14 days after complain placement.
The products can be covered with guarantees of respective producer or distributor. www.fillerpharma.com online shop does not grant any guarantee for any products in the offer.
In case of products covered with producer or distributor guarantee, Client may submit their complaint for a defective product:
- Taking advantage of the producer’s guarantee. In this case the Client should submit their complaint directly to the Producer, the Seller is only an intermediary to provide the placed complaint. The Client may choose to place the complaint directly to the guarantying entity or to the Seller.
- Taking advantage of Client’s warranty right towards the Seller in case of discrepancy between Product received and agreement. The Seller is liable under warranty up to one year after Delivery Date.
