Description
Belotero fillers from the Swiss company Merz Aesthetics are manufactured using Dynamic Cross-Linking Technology, which results in a single-phase, coherent, multi-thickened gel (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix). As a result, products with a very good proportion of cohesiveness, elasticity and plasticity are obtained, which adapt to the appropriate layers of the skin. The preparations have a high safety profile and an overall low level of pain at the injection site. The Belotero range was approved by the FDA in 2011.
The three main advantages of Belotero products are: the integration of the product into the skin, the retention of the product at the injection site, and the resistance of the product to external forces (pressure).
