Genefill DX is the only dermal filler with a Dextranomer biostimulator.

Genefill DX's key active ingredient, the dextranomer, is responsible for attracting collagen and stimulating collagen production, providing hydration and volume.

The dextranomer micromolecules found in Genefill DX gel, together with cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, promote collagen production with a very low inflammatory process. The biocompatible gel with high viscosity helps to achieve a specific look and improves the texture of the skin.
