TCA acid - trichloroacetic acid is a derivative of acetic acid . Depending on the concentration, it causes weaker or stronger exfoliation of the epidermis, thanks to which the skin is revitalized - also by stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen. TCA peeling is the strongest organic acid used for epidermal exfoliation treatments. It is recommended for oily, seborrheic skin, with acne or post-acne lesions, as well as for skin with visible signs of aging.

It is recommended to use Mesopeel TCA soft 15% for general care, while Mesopeel TCA 35% for topical application (e.g. age spots, scars, wrinkles)

Dosage

Phase I: preparing and protecting the skin

1. Remove make-up
2. Divide the patient's skin area into zones (forehead, temples, nose, cheeks, chin, mouth area).

Assess the condition of the skin – confirm the absence of damage to the epidermis, irritation or inflammation

3. Protect the patient's eyes with swabs soaked in water. Contact lens wearers should remove them before surgery
4. Apply mesoestetic ? degreasing liquid to thoroughly cleanse and degrease the skin
5. Protect particularly sensitive areas (corners of the eyes, wings of the nose, nasolabial folds, lip contour) with an intensive regenerating cream

Home Care:

After treatment with chemical peels, the skin is very sensitive and susceptible to the harmful effects of external factors. Therefore, it is necessary to use appropriate preparations that accelerate the regeneration of the epidermis, protect against UV radiation and provide the skin with an appropriate level of hydration. During the convalescence period after the procedure, you should use the Fast Skin Repair Regenerating Cream. Apply the cream to the skin 2 times a day (morning and evening) or ad hoc without limitation, whenever necessary. You can also use the Anti-Stress Face mask after the treatment.

For a minimum of 30 days after the treatment, you should use high sun protection in the form of creams: Dermatological Sun Protection SPF 50+ moisturising Sun Protection SPF 50+.
