Warnings and Precautions

Hand/foot and small joint pain requires differential diagnosis to detect possible primary neurogenic pain, post-traumatic pain, secondary pain caused by current or past bone fractures.
A slight redness in the puncture area may be due to the mechanical effect of needle insertion or to a skin reaction.
Administration of the preparation may cause symptoms such as burning/pain at the injection site, which usually disappear spontaneously within 5-10 minutes after the procedure.
Cleansing and disinfection of the skin are necessary before and after the administration of the preparation. Saprophytic bacteria can cause an abscess to form at the injection site.
